I used 1/4” Columbia Forest Birch for the stands and frame. And used 1/4” for the background, but used 1/8” for the letters and wreaths. You can do a reversible design if you used all 1/8” materials for the background and letters and wreaths.
I chose to cut these from 1/4" birch that are shown in the photo. Be sure you are aware birch has glue pockets and voids and may not always cut all the way through.
