You will glue a small front and a small back to the larger pieces. You will need to use 1/4” material. You can resize smaller or larger. You MUST group them together as if they were finished pieces to resize.
This one measures approximately 4.5”x6.5”
I chose to cut these from 1/4" birch that are shown in the photo. Be sure you are aware birch has glue pockets and voids and may not always cut all the way through.
