You MUST use 1/4” material to make these sit properly. I lightly spray paint them after they are scored and cut. Wait until the are dry between coats.
You can easily resize smaller or larger. Make sure to group all pieces together before resizing.
You must use specified material ex: 1/4" measures (.19-.22”) for this to fit together properly. Using material outside of this range will cause these not to fit together properly. Please measure your materials and make sure you have these materials prior to purchasing this file. Should you need to increase the size of the slots, there is software available for making these adjustments.
I chose to cut these from birch that are shown in the photo. Be sure you are aware birch has glue pockets and voids and may not always cut all the way through.
